After the initial consultation, the Manager/ Deputy Manager will meet with the potential service user to perform the pre admission assessment which focuses on the care requirements. This helps us to determine if our home can meet the care needs and gives more information about the care we provide. In addition we welcome any potential service user to visit us for lunch and the afternoon to experience our home which may help with decision making.
